• All ages need a ticket.  Starting 1 hour before session start time, a babe-in-arms ticket (for those under 2 years old) can be purchased for $10 by visiting the Arena ticket windows to the right of the main entrance. Baby must be present at time of purchase
• All tickets are mobile.  Printed tickets or screenshots are not valid
• Add to Wallet for easy entry
• Heads Up - Wallet tickets do not have a barcode, just Tap and Go to enter Arena
• For mobile ticket issues, visit Customer Service ticket windows to the right of the main entrance - we'll get you in!! (if you purchased from the SEC Ticket Office, the Arena or Ticketmaster)

• A Tournament ticket book contains 7 tickets, one for each session, which allows 1 person to attend all 13 games.
• Session 1 on Wednesday evening will again be all general admission seating, first-come, first-served, except for the player's family areas behind the team benches.  You will receive a general admission ticket for Wednesday evening and a reserved ticket for all other sessions (2-7) Thursday through Sunday.
• A limited number of SEC student tickets ($10) will be available through each school.  Additional student tickets are available for the Championship Game on Sunday through the 2 participating teams.
• Customers assume all risks for tickets purchased through a source other than the SEC, an SEC school or trusted partner Ticketmaster
• Alcohol Policy: Consistent with SEC policy for championship events, the sale, distribution or consumption of alcohol will be prohibited in public areas of Bridgestone Arena
• Tickets may not be purchased for the primary purpose of resale and may be canceled at the discretion of the Southeastern Conference.

SEC Men's Basketball Tournament Ticket Sale policy:
The 14 SEC member schools purchase their tickets in October.

In January, previous tournament ticket book purchasers (through the SEC Ticket Office) have an opportunity to purchase ticket books, based on availability and priority level.  Priority is determined by the number of years of purchase history.

If ticket books are remaining after the priority pre-sale, they go on sale to the public.

If ticket books do not sell out, single session tickets are sold by the venue starting on Monday the week of the tournament.

For the 2024 tournament, previous purchasers through the SEC Ticket Office of at least 5 previous years (and at least once since 2019) will renew their previous seats in January or select new seats in February.

There is not a waiting list or mailing list for the Men's Basketball Tournament.

The tournament is sold out and there will not be a public on sale this year
