SEC Purchase Policy

Ticket Purchase Policy

  • All persons REGARDLESS OF AGE must present a ticket for admission. The only exception is the SEC Baseball Tournament: ages 2 and under are admitted free, provided they sit on a parent or guardian's lap.
  • Event times are subject to change.  A change in the date, location and/or starting time of the Event shall not constitute a revocation or cancellation and shall not entitle Bearer to a refund of the purchase price of a Ticket.
  • A Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, sweepstakes or auctions), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the SEC or its member institution.
  • Each ticket sold is a personal license.  The license granted by the ticket may be terminated, without cause, by refunding the face value of the ticket.  Tickets must be purchased through a licensed authorized agency of the SEC.  Tickets purchased through other agencies or persons are rendered invalid and may not be honored for admission.
  • Tickets purchased on this site are subject to a per ticket service charge and/or a non-refundable per order handling charge.
  • Please allow enough time for delivery of your ticket order.  If you select delivery by mail, please allow up to ten business days to receive your order from the date that tickets were mailed.  Tickets are normally mailed within 3 business days of the order, unless specified otherwise on your order form.  If you have not received your tickets by 48 hours before your event, please contact customer service.
  • When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place.  Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets.  Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

Ticket Limit per Customer

For certain events, there will be a ticket limit per customer. Multiple orders by the same customer/credit card are subject to cancellation prior to shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please review your event and seat selection.  Policies generally prohibit the issuing of refunds or exchanges after a purchase or for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. However, most tickets bought online are fully refundable for 3 calendar days (72 hours) after you purchase them, up to one week before the event.   In addition, tickets are refundable for 3 calendar days (72 hours) after purchase when you buy new tickets from us of equal or higher price, up unitl one week before the event (one exchange per person, per event).  Tickets purchased in person must be returned or exchanged at the same location.  Exceptions to both 3 day refund policies include VIP and other premium tickets and tickets purchased through auction or resale.   Please note that the 3 day refund policy will not apply where we determine, in our sole discretion, that the tickets were purchased for a commercial purpose or in any other way in violation of our Terms of Use.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for digital downloads/print at home tickets.  If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets.  We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event or refunded ticket.

Event Cancellation

If your event is canceled or postponed the refund policy will be emailed to you and will be announced at SECsports.com. Please check the website for specific event information.
